This is painting about a water shrine maiden purifying herself...okay..she is lightly bathing....lol.
The kanji means mizu no fujo (miko) or water shrine maiden.
The time is at night.

VERY good work! What is the glyph on the wall in between the girl and water bucket? (down near the water line) It kind of looks like a rooster to me, but, then I'm strange. Just curious.
